RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please contact AlphaMicron customer support by calling 1-877-451-5937 for a return authorization number, and specific return and shipping instructions. The e-Tint product must be returned with the purchase receipt.

LIMITED WARRANTY ON E-TINT PRODUCTS

AlphaMicron provides the following limited warranty (the Limited Warranty) as its sole warranty on all e-Tint products. All e-Tint products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. AlphaMicron will at its sole option, repair, replace or make an appropriate adjustment to the purchase price where AlphaMicron's inspection discloses any such defects occurring as a result of normal usage within one (1) year from date of purchase.

The shipping and duty charges for returning any e-Tint product are the sole responsibility of the customer. If the product does not conform to the Limited Warranty, AlphaMicron will pay the shipping back to the customer. In order to obtain limited warranty service the following procedures must be followed: Contact AlphaMicron customer support by calling 1-877-451-5937 for a return authorization number, specific return and shipping instructions. The e-Tint product must be returned with the purchase receipt for warranty service.

EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THE LIMITED WARRANTY, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU BY ALPHAMICRON ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALPHAMICRON EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, WITH RESPECT TO ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU BY ALPHAMICRON. No information or advice obtained through the Sites, or any other affirmation of AlphaMicron, by words or actions, shall constitute a warranty.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ALPHAMICRON'S LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU BY ALPHAMICRON EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO ALPHAMICRON FOR ANY SUCH PRODUCT OR SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ALPHAMICRON BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE MADE AVAILABLE BY ALPHAMICRON.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, THOSE PROVISIONS SET FORTH ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
